I had Jorge & The Tree Crew come up this past weekend and remove two LARGE DEAD trees.  I was extremely pleased with this company and Jorge.  First off, when I called for estimate Jorge was  at my house within 24 hours to look at the dead trees and then submitted  a formal estimate that evening.  On site, they were extremely pleasant, informative and most importantly safe.  These 2 dead trees were unsafe and close to falling on my home.  Jorge took the time to explain how they were going to safely remove the trees and answered any questions I had. Jorge is very responsive and professional.  I had a small tree job that I needed help with. A branch broke off my tree in a storm and was hanging across my shed. Nice folks, good and safe work.  Price was right.  Jorge has appreciation for living things and the natural way - we spent half the time during the estimate just chatting about critters and plants - I say this to highlight that he has the health of the tree in mind rather than just the money he could make by cutting it down. Jorge and his assistant were very courteous and professional. Jorge climbed and removed a large tree over my barn and also dropped a very large maple tree that was dying. September 2023: Tree Crew, Jorge came to my house and provided detailed estimate for removing two large oak trees that were dead. One overhanging the neighbors property and their building. The other one overhanging my building. He climbed both trees and rope rigged them down. Great work.

October 2023: I then asked him if he would travel to another property that I owned in PA, 2 hours west. He drove to my PA property and provided another detailed estimate of which we agreed upon a price. Brought a crew of men and quickly took down 60+/- trees in one day. He and his crew were courteous and professional. They stayed the night with me at the PA property and the next day they took down and trimmed up some super large trees for a friend of mine while in PA. Unbelievable work to get those trees down hanging over my friend’s house.

March 2024: I recently contacted Jorge again, this time to take down two trees intertwined in some power lines and communication lines in my parent’s front yard. Had another tree behind their house that needed trimmed back. He provided another acceptable estimate to remove and grind the stumps and trim the other tree. Again he came with his crew and took care of everything in a professional manner.

Professional, quality work and responsive

We hired Tree Crew to remove a large tree in our back yard. We ended up having them also remove two smaller trees.

Most companies are not responsive or professional. Most can't even be bothered to show up—or on time if they even do. Jorge came out on time to look at the tree, explained things well and then sent us a detailed estimate quickly. He worked with us on wanting to keep some of the leftover wood.

The price seemed reasonable. The crew arrived on time, was friendly and did a great job. They definitely care about the job they do.

Finding a good team to do challenging tree work is difficult on a good day.  Trying to find the same crew who cares about their work and is reasonably priced is near impossible.  The Tree Crew were that team.  Jorge listened closely, provided expert advice, and delivered a masterful job on time and on budget. He and his team delivered with a smile and were friendly throughout. Tree Crew responded promptly to a request fro quote for my tree removal and to set a time and date to for onsite inspection of property. A verbal quote was given with a description of work to be preformed at that time. This was followed up the next day with a written quote and a follow up call to be sure my questions had been answered and start date. The crew arrived on time and ready to go to work.
