All estimates are based on visible site conditions at the time of inspection. Additional work or unforeseen conditions may require adjustments to the original estimate, which will be discussed before proceeding.

Service scheduling is subject to weather, safety conditions, and equipment availability.

By providing your phone number through our website, estimate form, or directly to our team, you consent to receive text messages from Tree Crew – Tree Experts.

Customers are responsible for informing us, prior to service, of any underground utilities, private service lines, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, drainage systems, septic tanks, septic drain fields, or any other concealed or buried structures. We are not responsible for damage to underground or hidden systems that were not properly disclosed or visibly marked before work begins.

We are not responsible for delays by weather conditions, acts of God, equipment failure, or safety concerns.
